How to make a Dedicated server for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3?

Hello, I have bought COD MW3 about 2 weeks ago and have been loving the multiplayer, but there is one thing that I'm trying to make, how can I make my very own Dedicated server? I have looked online/YouTube but found a whole bunch of cr $p on cracked servers but I want to make my own legitimate server

Can anybody help me please?

Thanks for the quick reply, I have downloaded the tool and is ready to use but I just don't know what commands I must type in or what I'm suppose to do?

Well I can't help with that seeing as I've never made one.

Best bet would be here
