How to reply to a steam support message?
I requested a refund and I was told I can be given a refund of credit into my steam wallet, but I'd need to respond and confirm that I approve of that. However, I can't see any way to reply to that message. How do I do that?

You don't need to reply. It was either approved or not.

If it is resolved and you want no further action taken, click that. If you want to talk to them and tell them "yes please refund me" then click REPLY and tell them that.

Clicking No will allow you to reply, sorry if this is a necro or whatever

How much time did it take for the refund plz reply they told me the same but hope i get the credit by 12th so i can buy another game which is on sale by the 12th

You're asking this in a 4 year old thread. Refunds can take up to 7 business days once approved.

HELLO! If you want to reply just press "No, i need more help" after pressing that, it will allow you to reply to them. HOPE THAT WORKS!!!
