Can Anyone Recommend a Good in Game Overlay?
Looking for a overlay where I can monitor my cpu, and gpu temperatures, fps, ram, etc.

I am currently trying out CAM but it seems the overlay doesnt work for all games

I used to use MSI afterburner, that is not a option anymore because RivaTuner doesnt run on my windows type, and I cannot find any fixes to that issue!

If you guys know anything else, that'd be awesome!

MSI Afterburner + RivaTuner doesn't run on your Windows type? WTF does that mean?

CAM is worthless

Uninstall both MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner and go download the latest ones.

"This App Cannot Run on this PC"
"RivaTuner does not work on this version of windows. An Updated app may be available

It redirects me to the exact same version to download it, and same error message pops up, I given up on trying which is why I want to find a new overlay

Right, because that app is now old; uninstall both of those apps; reboot your PC and go to the official site and download MSI AB.

Check your Windows Update History please, let us know what exactly updated; it will list everything there with names and date-stamps.

I did, went to downloads on the official website and downloaded them. It comes with a combo, both with riva tuner and msi, MSI works not rivatuner

Riva tuner and MSI afterburner are bugged due to a recent Windows update.

The BETA version of rivatuner does work.

Working just fine here
MSI AB 4.4 Beta 12
RTSS 7.0 Beta 23\
They are NOT bundled when using the BETA, which we usually must do unless you're on an older OS.

Win10 Creators Update
Nothing in Win10 has updated recently; besides the usual Security Updates.

The bug might only occure with certain hardware configs. Windows will freak out saying that Rivatuner is not compatible every couple of sec until you uninstall it and MSI afterburner is unable to OC, all sliders are set to 0.

The bug appeared about a week ago.

@OMEGA
Ok then might I ask from what?
You seem to be aware of it to the point it's not working for you...
Care to share which update caused it? I mean seriously just remove that update then...

But IDK, I have quite a few different Chipsets here and it's working on them...
Haswell, KabyLake, Ryzen (AM4)...

Please know that uninstalling either of those; often times stuff is left behind.
Always check the original folders after rebooting; then flush junk and then clean registry, using CCleaner.
