Bank account charged for funds tranfer but steam wallet balance not updating
i went to transfer 5 dollars from my debit card to my steam wallet, it put the funds on hold, the time is up but ive been charged for it without receiving the funds on my steam wallet

Can you find the transfer here? https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase
Click it and see what info you can find about its status. There you should have buttons to get support about it.

yes i found it it just says it was failed, i made a ticket but the problem is that none of the ticket descriptions match my problem, it also says to wait till my payment provider has resolved the issue but they already have and they resolved it by transfer the funds to my account but steam says it hasnt accepted any funds

What are the ticket descriptions? Please write them down here.

Did you talk to your bank or did you check the website?

Are you sure they didn't just remove the hold and it looks like the funds didn't get removed? Maybe you are looking for some "+5$ hold reversed" thing in your statement?

I have charges from Steam that I didn't make was the closest thing to what i have i then commented the description of this post, i talked to my bank and they said to check the forums and to wait for a response from the ticket, and no i havent received the money from the hold i have 15$s less than when i started (it was charged 3 times because i wanted 15$ on my steam wallet) also i clicked the refund button on the payment failure page but the request failed to go through

If you click the transfer in the link I sent you, what are your options there? There should be buttons there somewhere.

I don't know what the buttons was, that's what I wanted to know.

Anyway, the support button was probably right but hard to know unless you tell me what the others said.

i havent received aynthing from the ticket so far but i did just put it up like 20 minutes ago

I have a question about this purchase
I'd like to request a refund
I would like to view or print the receipt for this purchase
those are the buttons
there is no receipt or it has an error the question is the ticket and the refund wont go through

Ok, it says that for my last wallet transaction. That might be what is missing.
Steam support should be able to sort this out, wait for their response. Good luck.

k thanks it doesnt say credited on, on my last transaction that went through properly so i dont think thats the problem
