Did you talk to your bank or did you check the website?
Are you sure they didn't just remove the hold and it looks like the funds didn't get removed? Maybe you are looking for some "+5$ hold reversed" thing in your statement?
Anyway, the support button was probably right but hard to know unless you tell me what the others said.

there is no receipt or it has an error the question is the ticket and the refund wont go through
