FATAL ERROR: Failed to connect with local Steam Client process!

Hi, guys!
First of all, i was trying to open CS GO, but it opened right after a message of error of a file like "USER32.dll". Right. So i just reinstalled the game.
But now this is what i get whenever i try to open cs go:

"FATAL ERROR: FAILED TO CONNECT WITH LOCAL STEAM PROCESS!
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE RUNNING LATEST VERSION OF THE STEAM CLIENT AND LAUNCH THE GAME FROM STEAM.
YOU CAN CHECK FOR STEAM CLIENT UPDATES USING STEAM MAIN MENU:
STEAM > CHECK FOR STEAM CLIENT UPDATES..."

I did it. I checked for steam client updates. But it has the latest version.

Anyone get an idea of what should i do?

Try this: Start the game without the application executor :)

FIX:
Go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\XXX\XXX\local\cfg
and take a look into trustedlaunch.cfg.

The dlls or programs causing the error are mentioned there. Uninstall or deactivate them and it works (for me at least).
