How to buy steam wallet in the Philippines outside Steam Platform

Well, this is a guide for all of the gamers out there from Steam PH community.

As for you know there are already lots of outlets, marketplace, shop, e-commerce even fb page that sells steam wallet vouchers. It matters only the voucher availability, payment method availability, pricing/rates especially the legitimacy.

There are so-called known legit shops that sells steam wallet codes but there are instances that you will hear from their customers that the code doesn't work or already claimed. Whether they're telling the truth or not this seller won't issue a refund. And that's the risk of buying from other source other than on Steam platform.

So here's the list of the shop where I purchased and seen on other comments/suggestions. Some of them requires KYC or personal information, some account registration only, some only email.

• Gcash - Need KYC and account. They already add fees and steam codes here isn't 1:1 unlike before, and sometimes you wont receive the code via SMS so that's a problem
  
• Paymaya - Need KYC and account. Same as gcash code wont go through to your mobile number or at least it takes some times minutes worst hours. Good thing the code shows after successful payment but the moment you close it, the code disappear, you cant see even on the activity list so you need to contact their CS.
  
• Coins.ph - KYC and account. Has 1:1 but only for higher voucher, only for 2200 sometimes for 1000 and 800, code sometimes wont go through sms same as above as well.
  
• XquareShop[xquareshop.com] - Email only. Well the site sounds new but they're at least a year selling good stuff from old website move to this one. And tried to buy here though its not 1:1 but they are more cheaper than other shops.
  
• SeaGM - Need account. Not 1:1 but cheap as well. The thing is there's too many redirection when buying on their shop even retrieving the code needs password and its annoying though sells legit and good CS.
  
• Datablitz - Account registration. Cant say anything, never tried them, maybe you can share your experience buying here..
  
• Codashop - Email only. Easy to buy, legit, though some vouchers are expensive than others shop.
  
• Lazada and Shopee - Account registration. Though sellers here process order for ages but not all so I'd be wary buying here it takes time.
  
• YacosLoading FB Page - Not tried here yet, but heard lots of good review so I include to the list.

So far those are the shop/websites I tried to top up steam wallet codes besides here on Steam.

Well, I'm talking about buying steam wallet besides Steam platform, so its not what you're up to.
