i can't speak in voice or text in tf2

There was/is on going bot problem in that game, which did spam chat and voice chat.

You need to have a premium premium account and not have a limited Steam account.

Meaning you must:
1. Have bought something in tf2 (anything)
2. Have spent at least $5 on steam (not necessarily tf2)

It's absolutely ridiculous, I know. Valve thinks this is gonna stop aimbots.
