Animated avatar frame I bought with steam points are removed / missing from my profile.
Hello I got the orange portal avatar frame for my profile few days ago for 2000 points. It was activated and was working. Just now I noticed the avatar frame in question is missing from my profile. I checked in both steam inventory and from "Edit Profile>Change Avatar" option. I didn't sell it or delete it. And no one else has access to my account. Can anyone please me why or how this happened and how can I get it back? I don't have much coins left so i can't just rebuy it.

That is most likely the problem you are facing.
