BO3 Region Lock Help

I have recently bought Black Ops 3 from when I was staying in Argentina for a trip and i'm now back home in the Philippines. I noticed that my install button is now grayed out and it says that it's not available in my region. I have recently read that after 90 days, all region locks are lifted. Is this the case for Black Ops 3?

Yes it should be unless there is any content restrictions in your country in which the product will remain locked. You'll then have to remove the licence and buy the game again in your region.

I thought content restrictions were removed, and how do I find content restrictions as I don't see any errors after purchasing, its just grayed out. I read somewhere that Black Ops 3 has multiple versions depending on the region and in this case, its SA. So will it still apply here?

Content restrictions mean regarding if the game is banned in your country or if aspects are censored in any way. If any portion of the game is censored then the licence you have wont be able to be played unless you remove it entirely and buy the game again in your existing region.

Best to double check and see if any aspect of the game is censored or blocked in your country. If there is no issues regarding this, the region lock will remove after 3 months.

Just wait 90 days. After 90 days in your library a game loses all region restrictions.
And yes, it 100% works that way.
