FRIEND TAB AND MESSAGE TAB BUG

1.) When I recieve a message, mesage tab opens(duh of course) but it is not visible. It stays on the background. I can see it on my windows taskbar but if I try to click on it nothing happens. If somehow it comes on to my screen then it is either cropped to a miny tiny size that I can only see the bottom left or right corner or it is in its original size and everything is gray.

2.) While playing games I press my shift key so I can run but it opens that shift+tab screen even though I didn't press tab key.

3.) Without any internet problems I become offline or I am online but my friends see me as offline (I didn't block anyone or changed my status to anything that results to my friens see me offline)

For second problem if I press shift key again it automatically turns to normal in most times but still it's annoying.
For third problem if I close steam and reopen it my friends can see me again but still it's annoying.

Having this issue too. There seem to be more or less weekly updates, if it's fixed in the beta why not in the daily updates?
