HELP: Mouse stops working when flicking too hard

If i flick too hard to the left it will cause my mouse to stop moving completely for around a second, during this time i cannot shoot or anything and then it returns back to normal.
My dpi is 400 2.1 in game sens on csgo, however this happens on every game on steam which i have tested.
It only does this when i flick too hard to the left where my other monitor is.
I've tried installing dual monitor tools and locking it to the screen that i use to play games on and it didn't fix it. I also tried primarylock and it didn't work either, i've only recently got this issue and have no idea on what to do to fix it.
My mouse is the glorious model o if that is needed as i've seen many people that had similar issues but that is because of cheaper mice.
Let me know if there is any more information that is needed as this is really annoying to deal with as there have been plenty of times where it can get me killed in comp games etc.
