I have a random friend I don't remember friending

We have nothing in common, so I would never have friended them. There have been no strange log ins and no API Key. I have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. I have two factor on my all my emails. I use different passwords and they're not easy to guess. I don't log in to gambling sites. I don't think I've logged into a phishing site because I really only use the Steam client and app. I'm scanning for malware on both. Where did this friend come from? Why am I the only person on his friend list?

Also if the friend was added recently in your opinion you can just scroll down through your activity feed.
Should say something like " XXX and XXX are now friends".

He only owns four games, his only alias is the one he has now, I'm his only friend, his account is set to friends only, and I'm not missing anyone from my friends list. I have no idea where he came from and I don't play any of the games he does. It's like he came out of nowhere.
