Removing displayed Country & Featured Badge

Wondering how I can go about selecting the prior "(Do not display)" option for my profile's country and featured badge. Maybe I'm just not seeing it but any help would be much appreciated. (I have a featured badge selected on a separate account)

There is currently no option to not have a featured badge if an account is currently displaying one, or at least I couldn't find one. All you can do is switch to a different badge.

There also doesn't seem to be a way to remove the Country from a profile either.

Open big picture mode, select your profile at the top left, then go to edit profile and try selecting a new country (it won't work and just show a blank drop down menu). Just click save at the bottom of the page and you will have no country selected on your profile again. :)
