Points store not working

I got me some summer points, I click the items available in the store and they do not respond.
What am I to do?
Am I missing something critical here or is the store just disfunctional?

I have the same issue. None of the buttons in the points store do anything.

Literally just bought a load of stuff from the points store with no issue.

Same - can't see anywhere that would be a 'buy item' (or picture / border etc), I assume you have to click the points icon with the 500 next to it or something, but nothing does anything. The 'free sticker' thing at the top of the page also does nothing, it just remains a black silhouette - unless that hasnt actually started yet - maybe once the store refreshes to the next day?. Idk - whole thing doesnt seem to work for me, I've seen others with profile borders - so i know its live, just doesnt seem to want to play nice for me.

Have you tried clearing Steam's web cache?

Doesn't work for me either.

Also, I discovered a memory leak in the Points Shop page, and made a thread about it. Just went to update it with some new info, and noticed that it's gone. So I guess the mods are also deleting issue threads and not even explaining why.

Nope, no screen like that - clicking stuff does nothing at all. There are 3 PCs - and 3 different user accounts - in my household, and it doesn't work for any of us, on any of the PCs.

Nope not seen anything like that at all, that is logically the sorta thing i expected to show up when clicking them, but nothing appeared no. Will see about clearing caches etc tho - havent actually tried that yet.

Still nothing after clearing cache & restarting applications etc.

I had the same issue. Right-click and reload fixed it for me.

In case it matters this was after clearing steam web browser cache and cookies. I also restarted Steam in between.

Likewise - i should clarify though, all this has been //In-client//. I've since gone to the web version of steam (wondering if adblock was maybe interfereing - it didnt seem to be), but i did find that if i logged onto the web store - it seems to work. I got the free sticker bit working (web not client) and am just currently trying to figure out if i can bridge the gap somehow to also get the client working fully.

In client - the 'time remaining til next sticker' countdown has since appeared (i'd not seen that page element prior til now - didn't know it existed) but the rest of the profile items to buy are still inactive.

According to another thread, the Windows 7 Steam client is having issues, Using a browser like Vudak mentioned or the smartphone app is your best bet on Win 7.

tbh the client is pretty garbage since the last few updates, always something misaligned, not loading, or just flat out busted.

That is what I was starting to lean toward and was just about to mention OS. I am on Win7.

No idea what the issue is, but Windows 7 seems to be the only OS affected.

Update: Rightclicking and reloading doesn't work on the featured page but all the other pages seem to work after it. I am using Windows 7.
