Bought multiple of the same avatar frame
I bought 3 Blue Portal frames somehow when I only clicked it once, it spent the full 6k points and there isn't even a option to rebuy anything you already own
What should I do?

I'm not sure. You could try contacting support.
Interestingly though two of them only have a white border while the original one has a blue border in your inventory.
