Hopefully this gets sorted out soon. I have a feeling it is because of the summer sales. (large influx of purchases stressing their servers)
Seriouysly that steam doesn't have a ticket support anymore or someone that can provide me support? (and isn't even showing in my library). Christ Sake
EDIT: Sorry steam, I made a mistake. The value that was charged is for another thing that I just Bought in other webstore. They just cancelled the transaction
