Pending transaction (Can't buy anything) + FIXED AND WORKING

When I was about to finish the purchase, the steam page just froze and I had to reload and try again. The purchase was not complete and nothing was charged to my CC. But now, I can't buy anything because it says: "Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction on your account."
I checked my account details and store transactions but the game that I tried to buy is not there (only the last one I bought few days ago). To make it even worse, I couldn't find a button to directly contact steam support. They only have that "problem-guide" which is pretty much useless... Anyone else with the same problems?

I made a purchase today, about an hour and a half or so, and I did not recieve any email confirmation, nor did any game show up in my library. The games I purchased are still in my wishlist, and the strange part is the transaction is on hold according to my bank. I called my bank and they said it was not on their end (the card is not frozen, the purchase is not fraudulent, and it must be on Steam's end)

Hopefully this gets sorted out soon. I have a feeling it is because of the summer sales. (large influx of purchases stressing their servers)

Just found that they actually schedule the payment in my CC the price... SIX freaking times
Seriouysly that steam doesn't have a ticket support anymore or someone that can provide me support? (and isn't even showing in my library). Christ Sake

EDIT: Sorry steam, I made a mistake. The value that was charged is for another thing that I just Bought in other webstore. They just cancelled the transaction

I have repurchased now the games, and it is working. So it seems that they fixed it.

I'm afraid to get charged twice if I do that though. I wish Steam would give a statement to say weather or not to repurchase the games we tried to buy, or wait for the transaction on hold to go through.

Fixed: There was a mistake from my part. The value that was charged is from another thing that I just Bought in other webstore. They just cancelled the transaction

Hmm I don't know, but for me it seems that the las order was cancelled once I tried to buy the games other time from the whitelist.

When I add something to my cart, it says that "Your $5.00 discount was applied to a previous purchase." So Steam recognizes my previous transaction while at the same time not recognizing it?

It is NOT working for me, and I still have not received a confirmation email.

I have this problem, I can't buy anything. And my transaction is not showing up in my account, i can't cancel it and buy again, I will wait and see what heppens. That sucks, I want to buy Red Dead and need for speed heat and I can't let it downloading.

After two unsuccessfull purchases i decided to have a friend buy me a digital card, but even with the steam funds i cant buy the games, it says Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction for one or more items in your cart.
