I got added on steam, and I accepted, the guy send me a trade link, to a trade, were I would get a free cs knife, but the account was not the same as his. Is the account hacked, or is it some other scam??

That just was a phising attempt to get your Steam account. "Trade" link goes to fake Steam website. Just report and block the user.

Your account was already hijacked and the scammer then baited you into performing a contaminated trade.

Free knives are the most glaringly obvious scam. Gotta be smarter.

As long as you didn't confirm any kind of trade, you're OK for the moment. But do follow all of Muppet's instructions to make sure your account hasn't been compromised. Better safe than sorry.
