I need help with paysafe payment

As written in the title i need help with paysafe.I am in greece and there is no payment with 16figit pin so i need to pay with qr code.I read the "instructions" online but i did not understand it.Thanks for help

you can use vpn if you want and change to a country so it can accept paysafe
ex: Romania

Hello! As Roflex said above, you can just use a VPN and change your country to one that accepts PaySafeCard (Romania for example, we have the same currency : euro).

I do not understand what QR payment you are talking about.

Try contacting the service you are using and your payment provider.

I tried contracting paysafes support but they did not answer and than i tried conctracting steam support and they just said to conctract paysafe again.I wanted to write this earlier but i did not have internet.

"Not enough founds", do you mean "not enough FUNDS"? In that case it means you don't have enough money.

Are you sure there's no additional fees? Like a regular transaction fee and/or a currency-fee? (I know you said € to €, but there might still be something going on).
The actual cost might be 11€-12€ for example, even if the actual amount you transfer is only 10€.

There are no end user fees on paysafecards. Buying a X€ paysafecard will get you X€. All fees are Valves business.

Do another check, if the balance on the code is still the one, you expect it to be. This way, you can also see, if the code is working or somehow damaged.
Got no experience with scan methods, so I can't really tell, what might be wrong. As the others said, this is first of all something, you need to sort out with the seller.
