Nintendo Switch Pro Controller not detected big picture

I have a standard switch pro controller that won't connect at all to big picture with latest beta update at all via USB. ps4 controller works absolutely fine but I like the asymmetrical analog sticks and switch pro just feels better to hold. I have tried seeing if the pro controller was updated to latest firmware on switch, disconnecting it from switch completely, restarted pc, checked for USB driver updates, and I saw on one forum post that ProConXInput being installed on system was causing problem for some. Well I NEVER had PROCONXINPUT INSTALLED ON MY PC. PC will not detect either when I plug switch to computer under hardware and devices. This is strange because ps4 controller is detected just fine on pc and big picture. I believe this issue is just with the Switch pro controller.Any suggestions on what to do guys? Will give many thanks to the genius to figure this out. Blue light ring btw never lights up at any moment.


This switch controller does charge via usb cable with orange light and I tried changing cables and switching ports

Yeah it’s a switch controller of course it won’t work only xbox, ps3-4, and steam controllers work

I am in beta, latest version. But thing is my computer itself outside of steam won't even detect the Switch pro controller attaching like it should like it does for other controllers. I'm curious to plug my switch pro controller in another computer to see if my computer is the problem or just this weird fluke in my controller
