what you want would be achieved from this request:

"Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/account/notinterested/" on this server.

Nobody's hacking your server Valve. I'm trying to improve the list of Not Interested titles so that I can quickly remove VR titles faster than what your UI provides me. Now that my computer is VR ready I am ready to buy them. To do that, I need to iterate through my list of Not Interested titles using your API and the available JSON data.
Whatever...
If you want me, and others like me who have upgraded our machines to be VR ready, to buy these products, then I need you to give me a better UI than what is currently available at https://store.steampowered.com/account/notinterested/.
BTW I'm on the fence between Oculus and Vive. I'm leaning Vive. Make it an easy buy.
Ain't that the truth. I've dropped what I was working on.
