Alternate way to download games on steam?

im not talking about piracy, so, since my internet is cheaper to save money ofc my download speed taking so long to download pubg. I was thinking like can u just transfer pubg files and datas to steam folders with usb so i can just play instantly after its done copying? Please leave help! Sorry if my english was bad

Steam backup
That feature does what you want, namely copy a Steam game install. Assuming you can download that anywhere else, you cant copy from nothing.

Apart from that, what i mean is like you transfer friends pubg files to your computer and then play it, does it works?

Yes, backups are not tied to an account.

You can use Steam's own backup feature or you can copy the game's directory. Both work, but if you're only copying the directory then you also need a copy of the correct appmanifest.acf file. Those things are always in the SteamApps directory and they're all numbered - grab the one numbered 578080 as that's a match for PUBG.
