SIH has been deemed as spyware.

It's not a trusted tool.

I personally don't know if it can access that information, but i advise that you don't use it.

There are other trusted plugins like Enhanced Steam.

I would advise you not to download and use anything other than official steam, doesn't seem to be worth it for me but if you feel it's necessary it's your call.

Besides you should look up how to completely remove "Steam inventory helper", Uninstall it, remove it from registry and I strongly recommend to change your Passwords on all your things

additionally if you download anything other than official things like Steam and Uplay you should get a good anti-virus besides Windows defender.

Good luck hope you're not infected with anything bad

I might be wrong but I think browser extensions do also install files in your browsers folder which could possibly be malicious, Maybe not though I'm not sure on that still uninstall all traces of that extension in any case

As far as i know, SIH creates a .JS file and monitors every HTTP request that you make.

They are monitoring your online activity.

If you see any transactions on your bank account that you didn't make then you can just contact your bank and block the transaction
