It's not a trusted tool.
I personally don't know if it can access that information, but i advise that you don't use it.
There are other trusted plugins like Enhanced Steam.
Besides you should look up how to completely remove "Steam inventory helper", Uninstall it, remove it from registry and I strongly recommend to change your Passwords on all your things
additionally if you download anything other than official things like Steam and Uplay you should get a good anti-virus besides Windows defender.

SIH is a browser extension.

Emm, what if i added funds on steam using chrome, and there was that SIH, and i cant change my bank info.
I might be wrong but I think browser extensions do also install files in your browsers folder which could possibly be malicious, Maybe not though I'm not sure on that still uninstall all traces of that extension in any case
