HACKED ACCOUNT NEED HELP.
I do pro scene in the PUBG PH. The account that got hacked is "Bofoii"

I have 3600+ hours on pubg and other hours on other games. We were having the PSS last week so I decided to remove the authenticator for faster access since it was a 3 day tournament.

But then today, I can't access it anymore and the email was changed I doubt the number too has been. Even when I tried the helpdesk I can't find a way to get it since I don't know the email they changed it into.

I really need this account I am not yet done with my career.

I just hope to get some help directly to the help center where we can chat it live.

I don't recall having transactions that would require me to provide my login credentials. It was working last night played some rank then went off to sleep. The next thing I know. Is the password is incorrect. And yes I tried the helpdesk. It showed me the email linked to the account. It's different and very long I have my gmail linked to it now its an email with an @r something.

Also thank you for this. I already made a ticket but I feel like I am not going to get a response. I did it again before sending this reply. But it says I have way too many entries.

It will be impossible for someone to hack ur account if u never click dangerous links/log in into phishing site

Just remember,do u ever click any 'giveaway'/weird link?
Or log in into 3rd party website?

I may have encountered some but that wasn't any steam 3rd party or steam related sites. If that is still the case. How can I recover when I don't have the email to the account or the number since they changed it.

Even if you can't remember how they got your details, still do all those steps - it's actually vital in that case - especially check the API key field.

Good news is, support's pretty good at restoring accounts so you should get a response.

No way to tell - it depends on how swamped support is. It's Monday; they should just be coming off the weekend ticket rush.
