are these some codes you get if you purchased it and you can reedem like a game but instead of a game you get wallet funds ?!

a steam wallet code is money. you buy a code from a store, you enter the code on steam, you receive money in you steam wallet. keep in mind, steam wallet funds are nothing more then store credit. you cannot remove them from steam.
