Can someone tell me where the hell the Chinese translate mod is? Where to look and what to find? How do I get it to work?

you cant, you need add keyboard layout languages ( its like you try read something the pc cant even ID ) but then you have that , ( you could say same as a zip file without right unpacker you cant read it, but then you have it add to system then things should work maybe even with google.
depend if they bother learn it , this is same as you do now in local EU region that pc understand if you are Europe Region, but even in old Dos age , you actual had to add 865 seen from Northen person so you got right Region. ( maybe you know this or did not, hard to tell from the topic )
and no i cant help you simplified chinese and the other choise, i have no clue what that's about.
i bet its something you know if you are chinese, and i bet google most know how to get right signs on pc so you dont read things that dont make sense.

ps.
if other person know better with this, trust them , i only remember it from wayback at educations and who knows what app can do today on a server. ( they could raw translate and tell it in english then, you dont see the signs, but i will stick to my learning and say No until proof is there. you can't get pc to do it without it understand what it read.

Oh Man, we have a studio, they do some Chinese translation mod, every version, this one is no exception, but I don't know where to find it now
