Lego City Undercover and Remote play does not work well

Today I tried the remote play feature the first time and my friend had a black screen and a loading circel bottom right. i searched on the net how to fix the problem but i could not find sth. can sb help me? if you have questions about my hardware feel free to ask them.

Is it really Lego City Undercover, or does it not stream for you both in general? To me, it sounds like a loading screen you describe. One that takes forever because your internet connection is too slow. See if enabling direct connection (IP sharing) helps. Try another game. Have him invite you to play remotely.
