There are plenty mate. You can actually play older versions of 7 Days To Die from the Betas tab on a 4GB PC as well too if you like survival games. I know I played Alpha 11 and 12 I believe on my laptop with no issues at all what so ever. Just depends on how old or new of a game your looking for really. Good luck mate.:steamhappy:

There are a lot of paired games on 4gb ram. It depends on which ones you are interested in.
the rest of your system is probably going to be the issue not the ram

It'd really depend on the age of the system and even then Steam has a wide variety of games that span across the years that have been released. If the OP wants to say what type of games they'd be interested in I'd probably know what better to recommend for him. I can think of a ton of games such as Star Wars and Star Trek games for example or Vampire the Masquerade Redemption and Bloodlines which would both run very well for him on top of what I already mentioned which was one of the earlier Alphas for 7 Days To Die. I killed tons of hours on that game alone just in single player by myself. So if they like to build bases and want a Walking Dead style survival game that'd be the way to go mate. Just not sure what their particular interest is at this point though.:steamhappy:

Terraria is OP's best bet.

There's a plethora of games on Steam running within 4 GB of RAM.
Here's an incomplete list of games I personally recommend:

Killing Floor
Team Fortress 2
Payday 2
Borderlands series (except the 3rd, I suppose)
Left 4 Dead 2
Titan Quest
Torchlight Series
Fallout series (except 4)
Saints Row series
Portal series
DeathSpank series
Gothic series
Risen series
The Witcher 1 & 2
Serious Sam series (except BFE)
Enderal
Nehrim
Command & Conquer series
Deus Ex series (except Mankind Divided, but that's pretty meh anyway)
Prototype series
Orcs Must Die series
Dragon's Dogma
Knights of the old republic series
Jedi Knight series
The Force Unleashed series
Wolfenstein series (the old ones, that is)
Rage
Half-Life series
Kingpin
Unreal
Overlord series
Lego series
South Park The Stick of Truth
Race the Sun
Audiosurf
Red Faction series
Hellgate: London
Darksiders series
Darwinia
Doom series (1, 2, 3 and 64)
Santcum 2
Grimm
Brütal Legend
A Hat in Time
Psychonauts
Cthulhu saves the World
Bully
Dead Effect series
Eufloria
Blade Kitten
Styx series
Thief series
Rayman Legends
Postal series
SpaceChem
Duke Nukem series
The Ball
Bayonetta
Blood
Shadow Warrior
Aliens vs. Predator series
The Wolf among us
Marlow Briggs
Mars: War Logs
Gauntlet
Max Payne series (except 3)
Tomb Raider series (Anniversary, Legend, Underworld, those 3 would be the way to go)
Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed
Dark Messiah of Might & Magic
Little Inferno
Tron 2.0
Pinball FX (not sure if 2 or 3, check both)

I could go on and on, but I'm getting bored parsing my games list. That should be enough for weeks of playing. Whoever claims it's Terraria and nothing else should lay off the drugs. Not that it was a bad game, but it's far from the only game.
