having to hold FN key to open in game menu

when i play a game that requires to hit the F keys i have to hold the fn key and they hit it or else it will open up stuff out of the game. is there a way i can disable this?

You should probably look up the FN-key functionality for whatever device you are using.

There are different ways of enabling say... FN-lock depending on the device, which might help you or end up with other problems instead if it is turned on. You will have to experiment with it on or off.

You could otherwise perhaps set up a macro-key to automatically press FN as you hit the F-key when the game is running.
