Can i use an international tunisian credit card?

I want to know if i can add funds to my steam account using an International tunisian credit card.
I can't add funds using my other credit card which works only in Tunisia.

I asked my dad for his credit card and he said:"it won't work online, there are types of international credit cards, mine doesn't work for online payments, it only works when i travel to another country and make the payment from there". I didn't believe him because he doesn't know what he's talking about, i was 100% sure it works. But he said don't waste your time lol, so i wanted to ask here, does it really work ? Is it true that you can't use it in Tunisia?

Your father is correct. There are credit cards that can not be used for ANY online purchase.
For example, if it doesn't have a CVV code, then it certainly is not usable for online transactions.

If you are over 18 and have your own credit card, just go down to your bank and ask if they have cards that work online. But yes your father is correct. Its an option you get to pick with certain cards.
