How do I stream a game and chat on twitch using two separate monitors respectively?

Hi,

I am having an issue with my ability to stream from Steam with my main display outputting the game then my laptop monitor showing the chat. The issue I have is that I will open a game in steam but the laptop monitor will open steam and then I cannot access the chat and laptop monitor usage. The main monitor displays the game, it's just that the laptop monitor immediately goes to the steam library and the game that i'm playing is the one that shows up from library(like it would when you are in steam and choose which game to play).

Is there a way to change this so that only the chat box is available in the laptop monitor? Also, how do I access only a chat box in the laptop monitor? Like instead of going to the twitch website then my channel to see the chat and stream I just want to see the chat on the laptop monitor.
