What you're asking for is to circumvent a security precaution for people doing exactly what you're attempting to do: logging into an account that is not yours.
Steam accounts are free. You don't need someone else's unless you're trying to do something that is against the SSA, which sharing accounts is also a violation of.
That is a severe violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and can get all his accounts permanently suspended or even terminated/deleted.
