Need help converting .rar to .vtf

You're supposed to extract the file from within the RAR file first.

I use 7zip to unpack my RAR files, but if you have WinRAR, naturally that works too.

I have very little knowledge of hacking, so I don't know if that's possible.

if you're talking about tf2, sprays are disabled on official valve servers. so no.

I don't usually play on official valve servers, but still, it worked anyways.
