EULA issues with in-Home Streaming; is there a setting/workaround i missed?

Exposition:
I've been having a constant annoyance with remotely installing games on my host pc from a remote PC. I have a gaming PC locked away in a room on the second floor of my building that i stream to a low-end PC located on the bottom floor (Long Ethernet connection through the floor).
Often I will be managing disk space by uninstalling and reinstalling games i want to play when certain friends are over.


Issue:

However, I've been running into the trouble of that fickle message "This game requires user intervention" when attempting to remote install many of my games. Everytime it's just the EULA agreement that never shows up on the remote pc but it does on the host. Once i hit accept on the host machine, everything runs well.


Why this is an annoyance:

The problem is i have to climb a flight of stairs every single time, get that host pc connected to a monitor (RDP seems to lock the screen out from allowing me to use in home streaming), find a mouse to connect to the pc, and manually click the "I accept" button.

Query:

What I want to know is if there is any way i can get that EULA agreement to show up on the remote pc instead. I don't have a problem with hitting 'I agree' on an EULA...It's just my knees are killing me from climbing the steps constantly to get to that pc :D

I'm even okay with an 'auto accept EULAs' feature at this point (I don't think i'll ever take any gaming company to court, too much hassle; so i can't say i care enough about it) I'm curious if anyone else has a solution or if VALVE is planning on a QOL update to the client for this annoyance. I've searched and it looks like its a common popup for many (and I've seen its usually just an EULA issue for others as well.)

It's not like this stops me, but it'd be so much nicer if there was a way I could just remotely accept the EULA as well. Anyone know of a way?
