Can't play family shared games
I used to be able to play a shared "Pac-Man Championship 2" but now it does not open when I click it on the list in the Library. It can be played through my family's account. I'm still on their shared accounts list.

Hey, wanted to mention that I have the same issue. I can't play family shared games even though the sharer hasn't removed me from their list, and they are not playing anything at the moment. Can you view shared games that you don't have installed? Because I cannot.

+1 I click play and nothing happens, can only see previously installed games, accounts and pc are authorized

+1 I can see only the games i have installed, mixed in with my own games, but nothing happens when I hit play. I can't verify local files, the button is greyed out, and when I launch straight from exe it opens then crashes.

I had the same problem and posted it http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/1354868867714761836/

It's been months and it seems this is a problem for quite a lot of people. Odd that nobody has found a solution.

I'm not the only one of my friends to have this problem and it frustrates me to no end.

I found a solution, you just need to redo the Steam share. This time, instead of downloading one of their games, while they're logged on to your machine go to Settings>Family>Click Authorize this Computer
