Can't Play VAC Servers After Playing GTA SAMP

i just got hooked with GTA san andreas multiplayer last night. all the sudden i wanna get a match on dota i cant because a warning pops up. I havent been banned all my time playing on steam. am i banned by playing samp? if not how to get rid of this issue?
