HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING A STEAM COMMUNITY FEATURE

Yesterday I just found out that I suddenly had no access to community market, but I have access to it before. I don't know what happened.

Sorry but it doesn't help, it keeps telling me that I only spend 3 dollars

Well, that's because you have a limited account. You need to spend 5 US Dollar or your regional equivalent on Steam itself to have an unlimited account.
So, it telling you that you only spend 3 Dollars is actually helpful. Spend two more.

But how to explain I just had access to market. And I have already bought games far more than 5 dollars.
