Make sure your PC power supply has a proper ground or earth. Some power strips or multiplugs can cause a problem with mains hum. Try plugging your PC directly to the mains if your using one of these power strips. Also I noticed you said it was a wireless headset. If you have your PC close or next to an energy saving light bulb it could be the source of your interference. They give off a 50htz or 60htz to some poorly shielded electronic equipment. Try removing any other equipment from close to your headset and PC. Small transformers "powerpacks" can also be a source of hum, even usb types. Turn them all off and make sure your audio wires are nowhere near power sources.
