Is there a way of opening my steam account without the authenticator but with a device I already have the account opened
So this is a long story. I dropped my phone and f*cked it up. It doesn't work right now. I was using my laptop to enter steam and I didn't enter it with my pc for a long time. Then I tried to open it on my pc and it asked the authenticator code and I can't have it because my phone doesn't work right now. But I can enter steam on my laptop. So I want to learn if there is a way to open my account using my laptop which I already have it opened.
(Sorry for my English I couldn't check if I did some grammar faults etc. because I don't have enough time)

Well, best way would be to remove the authentificator from Steam on your laptop.
After that you should be able to login again on your laptop without needing a code.
Of course you should install the app again as soon as you have a new phone/the old one works again.
You would have to live with trade holds during trades for that time.

Also , the next time you have access to your phone do this:

Is there a way to get backup codes in case I lose my phone?

Yes, you can generate backup codes to use in an emergency. It's easy:

Log in to the Steam store
Go to the account drop-down at the top right of the page and select Account Details
Select the Manage Steam Guard item on the right.
Select the option to Get Backup Steam Guard Codes.
You'll have to enter one of your current authenticator codes (or a backup code that you got earlier).
You'll see a page with a number of codes that you can use instead of the one generated by your phone. Steam will also send email to your account every time new codes are generated, and every time one of these codes is used.

It's a good idea to print these codes instead of saving them on your computer. Don't take a screen shot of them.

And store those backup codes somewhere safe. They are all just one time use but can be used in situations like this.

To remove the authenticator I also need a code.

If you persist down that path you will get other options, eventually you will get the option to contact Steam Support to prove account ownership in order to get the authenticator disabled.

Note it would be faster to just get a new phone with the same number as your old one since before you get to contact Steam Support you get the option to get an SMS code to remove the authenticator (which just requires your SIM in any phone that can get text messages).
