Bo3 Mod tools BAN?

Will I get banned if I downloaded mod tools on bo3 and Download a workshop mod call mod menu v2 from steam workshop and used it in BO3 custom games ?

Last time I checked out CoD stuff, you can't mod them. AT ALL! However, I might be wrong, go ask people who actually have the game!
Hint: They post in the game forum.

You know you dont need to download mod tools to use mods, right?

No mods or maps from the workshop will EVER get you banned, when you play with mods or on a modded map it puts you offline, you can cheat or use mods all you want on solo, private solo or private co op and you will NOT get banned, anyone that says they used a workshop mod and got banned is lying and trying to get unbanned.

so were you able to play with the mod tools in custom and coop without being banned? I would love to try these out

Mods containing malicious code could, also exploiting certain mods that let you customize your guns further definitely will get you banned if you get reported enough. Some loadout mods let you put zombie specific camos and limited time camos on your guns and then save them as preset/custom thingy, after unloading said mod you can access regular MP just fine and still have access to those camos. Someone seeing that you have unobtainable camos will get you reported.
