Could not connect to steam network!/ Kan geen verbinding maken met steam netwerk!

Mijn probleem is dat ik helemaal niet kan inloggen in steam die op me pc staat. Ik kan wel inloggen op m'n steam account via het internet. En wat ik ook al heb geprobeerd is in te loggen op m'n game laptop maar dat lukt ook niet, het gaat alleen via het internet.
Nou heb ik dus mijn gegevens aan een neef van mij gegeven wat ik eigenlijk niet moet doen maar toch, en hij kan wel inloggen op z'n pc met mijn account, en heb ik dus andersom zijn account geprobeerd op mijn pc en dat lukt wel. Ik ben radeloos en ik weet niet wat ik nu moet doen.

My problem is that I can not log in to steam installed on my PC at all. I can sign in to my steam account via the internet. And I've also tried to log in on my game laptop, and it does not work either, it works only via the internet.
Well, I gave my account data to a cousin, and he can log in on his pc with my account, so I have tried his account on my pc, and that works. I'm out of ideas an do not know what to do. This is so weard.

I don't see any error. And the weird thing is ive just installed the steam program on my dads laptop and now its working fine. It seems like there some kind of weird bug with my account on the steam programs already installed on my PC and gaming laptop.

Thx for the suggestions I've tried al of them but didn't work. I've just deleted steam and reinstalled it again. 👍🏻👍🏻
