DO VAC BANS AFFECT ALL ACCOUNTS?
If someone had 3 Steam accounts on their PC and they got a VAC ban on one of them, would they get banned on their other accounts also on the PC?

I see YouTubers cheating and getting banned but then the next day they are playing on a different account so does all accounts on a PC get banned if one gets banned?

No, VAC bans only the account that was used to cheat on. Unless those accounts share the same phone number/library. Then the ban would be applied to more than the account that was originally used to cheat on.

What if u got vac banned on one account and remove ur phone number and add it 3 months later on ur new, is ur new automaticly banned?

Obviously not. There would be no point in them allowing to add it after 3 months, would there?

No. VAC bans only due to phone sharing if the number is connected to accounts at the time of infraction
