Cannot gift ''Life Is Strange: Before the storm Deluxe Edition''

Hello, I purchased 2 Steam 20$ gift cards from EBgames today and added to funds to my wallet. I was hoping tp gift ''Life Is Strange: Before the storm Deluxe Edition'' to my girlfriend as a surprise, only to realise that it doesn't allow me to gift that game. I absolutely need to find a way gift it to her. Is it possible to transfer the 40$ from my account to her's or can I request a refund to the same card numbers. I'm really need to resolve this, please.

A) You cannot refund redeemed gift cards purchased at a retailer.

B) Unfortunately, it sounds like you are experiencing a regional gifting restriction which cannot be overridden.

I can't think of any solution, perhaps someone else can.

Doesn't look like a regional restriction, the Deluxe Edition is a bundle, and bundles can't be gifted.


I suppose you could wait until it's released and then buy the game and the deluxe upgrade as separate gifts. It would cost more though.
