How to delete a game from profile?

I don't mean removing it from my library. I mean removing it from the Games list on my profile. Is there any way to do that, or is it impossible?

You can do it from here for most games:

Go to the Support page, select the game in question, choose " i have a problem" then " i want to permanently remove this game from my account". Confirm, done.

If you ever want the game back on your account you can go through the whole process again and just choose " this game is missing from my library". That way the game will be restored.

I said in the OP that that's not what I mean. I want it removed from my actual profile in the Steam community. Gone, completely erased.

Removing the game this way will delete it from your games list on your profile.
But stuff like playtime or achievements you unlocked will stay forever on your profile. Those are locked to your account. No way to get rid of.

It clearly doesn't. I've removed several games from my Library, and they still show up on the Games list on my profile. If you look at my list, you'll see like 20 games on there. I only have 3 games in my library.

If its mainly Free To Play games, those you have to remove another way.
Go to your license page: https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/

Every Free To Play game should have a REMOVE button next to its license.

I cant see CS:GO in your games list anymore. I just see Skyrim, Geometry Dash and Adventure Quest 3D. Thats it.
If you want it gone from your recently played list just start a few of those games till it drops from the list.
