Credit/Debit Card restriction. need help

I have recently received a restriction after adding funds...

"you've recently funded your Steam Wallet using an unverified credit card that has had a recent increase in use."


I am reaaallyy confused on what is happening.. before this happened, I had 2 purchases of 200 steam wallet funds (in PHP, I live in the Philippines), and at the third purchase at almost 2k php.. and I received this restriction, but successfully added the funds too my steam wallet.. now I am waiting for 3 days for the restriction to be removed.. can anyone explain this??

just for you to know I used a BDO card(again.. I live in the Philippines)

3 transactions in 1 day can look suspicious to some. You could have just made a single and larger transaction. Sure you may realise you didn't add enough the first time resulting in a second but a 3rd can mean the card was stolen. The restriction is to prevent card fraud and gives the owner (if it wasn't yours) time to report it as lost/stolen and block it.

If it has no contact support to verify it in the error message you'll just have to wait.
