Report a translation problem
Go to Steam button(on the up left corner, the first of the left) and find settings and go to IN GAME (the third option; if you cannot find it)
And you will see some of the "important" codes(screenshot and Steam Bar)
Alternatively, reinstall that iCue (so you have it proper) but check it's configuration. If that thing isn't an utter piece of ♥♥♥♥, there's a way to tell it to not do anything fancy except forwarding F12 to the underlying program the way Windows would have done it all by itself.

I found out what was causing it on my end, windows game bar, when you turn it on it forces games to close when you hit f12.
