whats a easy an free softwear to use ?

Personally I was a fan of VideoPad Video Editing from NCH for doing quick projects in the moment, especially for school-related work. I thought it easy to use and it did its job.
It does come bundled with another of NCHs apps though so it might be a little tedious to remove but not terrible. Not malicious I wouldn't say, but just a thing to note. Not sure how the licenses work with it exactly but there is a free version available from here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/index.html

I wouldn't count on it being super-useful in the long run if it does have a license though. There might be other more powerful free software out there, but that's really the only one I have been using, apart from the free online ones like https://online-video-cutter.com/

If you plan on having a video editor for longer then coughing up money is often what you might want to do. See https://store.steampowered.com/tags/en/Video+Production if it is to be related to Steam.

VEGAS, Afterimage and Premiere are all reputable software that deserve to be mentioned, though I know very little about their price tags and current standpoint on features and such.

Sony Vegas is pretty easy to use, but as anything new it'll take some getting used to.

i see a lot of people using Sony Vegas might give that one a go, only make videos in my free time, thanks for the help

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe VideoPad has a free trial, not a free version.
I used it a few months ago and it let me export a project three times before telling me that I'd then need to buy a license to continue exporting further.

Ah. I figured it had a policy like that. That's why I recommended it short-term.
The VEGAS trial is probably longer lasting either way, so it's probably fairly sound to consult that suite.
