Starting Steam PC cafe in Norway - but why is United states the only location option?
Hi guys. Im working at a college in Norway and am trying to establish an Steam PC cafe program for after school activities in our gaming room. I've been through every step of the guide that Steam provides, but when i got to the last steps where you set up a location, i can only choose United states from the list. It is the only option. Setting it to this doesn't work, as i get a authorisation timeout when i try to set up the server afterwards. Probably because the IP gets checked for match with the chosen location. Is this program only for the US? Or am i doing something wrong here?

Thank you so much in advance.

Talk to Steam support about this, not really a community thing to answer, but maybe someone might know about this, if they reply to this discussion.

Is the acocunt country set in US? If so, might want to change it to Norway. That's all I can really think of on this.

Hi! Thanks for trying to answer this. It's not easy to find information on the PC cafe program, and im struggling to find a relevant heading to contact support under. I've sent them a ticket under family sharing and hoping they will forward it to the correct person. I understand that big businesses have to limit direct contact with customers, but this roundabout of faq referencing is a bit much. Was hoping maybe someone in the community had tried to set it up as well :)
