Games in Library randomly uncategorize from their assigned collections?

Anyone else running into some sort of bug where a large handful of their games are getting pulled out of their collections? It's happened to me twice in the last 24 hours, having to reassign about 250 games each time. It's been really annoying, not only from having a giant 'Uncatergorized' collection, but also because some of my games are listed in more than one folder, meaning some games just leave half of their collections with no way of me knowing unless I just re-run through everything.
A weird thing that seems to be unaffected are any games that are from library share, anything that is owned from the account I'm sharing with seems to be untouched.

Few days ago about 1200 games also suddenly got uncategorized, only a few hundreds are still in their assigned categorized.
Now i already waited a few days and Steam updates, but it' still not recovered. Looks like we have to reorganize them again :(

Were those dynamic categories or manually filled?
Since if you have a dynamic category based on a tag for example and then someone reported that tag because it was falsely applied and it gets removed of course your dynamic category does not recognize that game
