Remote Play on TV help

So I installed the Steam Link app on my Samsung TV and I don't really know what to do ? As in it shows me to either plug a controller/Keyboard/mouse .. Is there a full guide on how to stream my game from the computer to the TV using the steam link also If I want to invite someone in the game so we couch co-op is there just a "add player 2" or they somehow need to log-in into their steam account and there we do some crazy stuff :D . The steam page where they advertise Share play is not very helpful and I can't find documentation on how it should be used in steps.

I have two PS4 controllers (wireless ofc) and 1 wireless mouse. Is there a way to connect my controllers to the TV like I do with my Computer ? (for my computer i have a build in bluetooth and I can connect to the controllers without using a wired controller) , Or is just my mouse enough ? Or if I connect my Controllers to the computer will they be used in the TV ?
