I have a limited account and my friend gifted me a 30$ digital gift card for my bday but my problem is i have a limited account and it does not allow me to buy or sell anything in the steam market. when i try to buy something it says. "You have recently received a digital steam gift card from a friend. You will have to wait 3 days after your friend purchased the gift card before using the steam community market."

So I'm wondering if i can use it after the 3 days wait period even if i have a limited account.
